How do volume discounts work?
Discounts apply automatically based on your monthly screening volume. 50+ checks/month gets 10% off, 100+ gets 20% off, and 500+ gets 30%+ off (contact us for exact pricing). Discounts apply to all services.
Can I mix and match services?
Yes. You can use our pre-built packages or build your own by selecting individual services. Add any service to any order. Create custom packages and save them for reuse.
When am I charged?
You’re charged when you submit an order. We accept credit cards, ACH, and invoicing (for volume customers). Most customers keep a credit card on file for seamless ordering.
What if I need something not listed?

Do you offer refunds?
If we can’t complete a search (e.g., court records unavailable), we’ll refund that portion. If a candidate doesn’t complete consent within 30 days, we refund the order. We don’t refund for completed searches with “no record found” results.
